About Darci Henry

Darci is a Philadelphia-based entrepreneur, makeup artist, personal stylist as well as founder of Darci Henry Beauty. She co-founded Darci by Di Caprio, an award winning, nationally recognized cosmetics brand and Kiss and Makeup boutique in Malvern, PA. 

"My mission is to provide my customers with stellar American-made beauty products that create a polished, cohesive look to your individual style and as a result, builds confidence to enhance inner beauty and self-esteem."

In 2012, darci by Di Caprio's signature brush cleaner was included in the Academy Award Swag Bag and was given to nominees in the top five categories.  Extensive press coverage and a celebrity following won national distribution through retailers such as New Beauty at Fred Segal, DermStore and Blush.com.  The following year, darci by Di Caprio was nominated for the esteemed Cosmetic Executive Women's Indie Brand Award.

Her newest venture demands her greatest strengths - research and development, creating brand awareness, building loyalty, and educating her consumers on products, techniques and cosmetic care.  FarmaRemedy, a skincare line that uses all natural active ingredients in her formulations, U.S.A. made, and was developed by Henry and a team of scientists, in collaboration with the PA/Penn State University Department of Agriculture as well as her father (a farmer) who grows the line's key ingredient on the Henry Farm which has been in her family for seven generations and 198 years.

enry is a member of the National Business Honor Society, Intern advisor at the Philadelphia Art Institute and Immaculata University, actively serves on Philadelphia Art Institute's Fashion Advisory Council, and Talbot's Corporate Advisory Board.  She has been the keynote speaker for Dress for Success South Central PA's leadership conference, organizations, universities and private consulting firms. One of Darci's passions is her college internship program.  She has mentored, graded and advised 17 college students (soon to be 18) from five local colleges and universities.   In 2012 Henry Received a letter from the Governor of Pennsylvania in recognition of her business and philanthropic efforts.

Henry attended Philadelphia University where she received a Bachelor of Science Degree in three years, cum laude, as a marketing major. She resides in Chester County, Pennsylvania along with her son and daughter who attends New York University.  A true country girl at heart, Henry can be found in her free time at the family farm in Fulton County, Pennsylvania usually with her favorite country music playing somewhere nearby.
